  • Agar customer behas karay tou uske sath mashghool na hon. Balkay yeh karein:
  • Hamesha pehle dispatcher sey rabta karein agar koi behas ki soorat paish aye
  • Customer ko Help Centre pe complain darj karne ka kahein: "Help Centre sey rabta karein, humara agent aap ki madad karega”
  • Customer ko batayein kay aap ne jana hai: "Maazrat, mujhe ab jana hoga” (Customer sey baat nahi karein, aur janay mein jaldi karein)
